Responsibilites:

  • Establish relationships with and sell national half-hour time to ad agencies and direct accounts through in person and phone calls.
  • Develop new business, both at agency and direct levels. 
  • Increase shares of business through creative selling and promotion ideas. 
  • Prepare written proposals. 
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of market and competition. 
  • Increase visibility in market through professional, business, social and charitable organizations. 
  • Update weekly client and call information and report activity to sales management. 

 
Skills:

  • Proven positive sales track record with 2-3 Years preferably in TV, cable or direct response media sales. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office., Excel and Word.
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a positive attitude.
