SUMMARY:  This position will be responsible for working with the Sales Department to assist in the management and improvement of the sales operations and performance.   

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Business Partner to the ION Sales Business Unit

·        Develop and maintain standard financial analysis, reports and models.

·        Develop analytical models for all revenue categories.

·        Manage the preparation of special financial reports and presentations related to sales and revenue initiatives.

·        Assist with budgeting and forecasting as well as all project analysis related to sales.

·        Develop pricing strategy in partnership with management

·        Support development of management reporting with KPI’s.

·        Manage sales finance staff.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.   MBA preferred (or significant experience)

·        3-5 years in related functions

·        5+ years experience in managing a staff.

·        Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

·        Computer literate with heavy Excel spreadsheet skills

·        Ability to multi-task and work independently

·        Results-oriented and strong decision making skills
